It will probably be incredibly disappointing for those who were looking for a real reason behind the guidelines the book gives. The guide isn’t going to go into theory very much in the least. Instead it simply offers readers with a group of outlines and instructions to follow. If you are a person who wants to have a clear cut plan to follow but who doesn’t want to have to worry about the particulars of the plan, this might be the book you are looking for.

Traditional logic tells us that the only real way to lose weight is to consume good food and get regular exercise. This book defies that type of logic so we don’t truly know whether or not it is going to work as well as it promises to.
